Being located in the center of the region you can easily explore the coastline of Brittany from Pennerest.

Carnac is a one hour drive south (about 50km/ 30 miles). As well as the famous megalithic stone alignment Carnac has beautiful sandy beaches. The north coast is the same distance, with plenty to explore.
